Search boxes on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that powers the search results. Conway People Search does not keep its own copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to review and respond to your message.
Information Collected Automatically

We use that information in aggregate to operate the site, identify errors, and understand which Conway record pages are useful. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to run the website, respond to messages, troubleshoot problems, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell a visitor list. We do not create personal profiles of individual visitors.
Outside Links and Portals
Conway People Search links to Faulkner County offices, Arkansas state portals, court systems, library and archive sources, and third-party search providers. Those outside sites follow their own privacy policies and data rules. Information you submit to the Faulkner County Circuit Clerk, Arkansas VoterView, Search ARCourts, Arkansas Department of Health, or any other external portal is controlled by that office or provider, not by us.
Public Records and Privacy Law
Arkansas public records are governed by record-specific laws. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. 25-19-101 et seq., opens many nonexempt public records, while other laws restrict recent vital records, secure-voter addresses under Ark. Code 7-5-109, juvenile or sealed court records, adoption records, DMV data, Social Security numbers, and other protected identifiers. We cannot remove or suppress records held by a government custodian.

If you believe a government record is wrong, outdated, or should be restricted, contact the office that maintains it. For commercial data-broker listings, use that company's own opt-out or suppression process.
